PROMOTION PLAN & PAY SCALE

At Snap Clean Car Wash, our policy is to promote from within, and we look forward to continuing this plan as we add a second, third, and additional sites in the next few years! Our pay rates and promotion plan are as follows:

First 30 days: Trainee - $11 an hour plus commissions
2 to 6 months: Prepper - $11.50 an hour plus commissions
6 to 12 months: Trainer - $12 an hour plus commissions
12+ months: Assistant Manager - $15 an hour plus commissions
12+ months: Site Manager in training -$16 an hour plus commissions
18+ months: Site Manager - $30,000 to $45,000 including salary/hourly wage, commissions, and bonuses.
2+ years: Regional Manager - $55,000 with salary, commissions, and bonuses

Our commissions are based on sales of monthly passes and gift cards. Our team members regularly make between $100 and $1,500 in extra income monthly in commissions!

TRAINING

We believe in equipping our team members for success! As such, we are committed to training each team member in car care, equipment maintenance, and mechanical repairs. We also send our assistant managers and management team to week-long car wash classes at Sonny's Car Wash College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

QUALITY OF LIFE

We want you to have FUN working at Snap Clean Car Wash! Our owners and managers believe in working hard and playing hard, and we bring that spirit to the wash site daily! We also work with your schedule to make sure your hours/days on the job work well in your personal lives.
